Image Audio offer better service than VW

I had an issue with my car radio today and needed it removed. I never had the tool required to remove the VW factory radio (it's a simple 1 second process). It is a VW so I called VW and they said I would have to book it in and that they would charge me R400. I stopped by at Image Audio in Umhlanga and 2 gentlemen on the floor stopped what they were doing and helped me straight away. Image Audio was extremely busy but they still recognised me and helped me out (with no cost). A big thanks to the receptionist and the 2 gentlemen that helped me out so efficiently: your company is lucky to have you.
