Sterling Auto poor after sales service

In short, I bought a Chev Captiva from Sterling auto. When I took delivery of the car on the 11 January 2013 the air, heater, indicator light, malfunctioning Indicator light and steering wheel gave problems. In total the car was send back 11 times, total of 57 days the car was at Sterling for repairs.
The steering is still making a noise and now Cornel Uys the owner and Jaco van der Merwe is ignoring me and the problem.
Also during the time the car was at Sterling Auto they incurred a traffic fine, I have had no response if they are going to refund me for the fine.
Don't buy from Sterling Auto; there is no after sales service!! It is now left to me, the customer to organise repairs with Vision Motors.
