Very impressed

I had purchased a battery from Battery Centre, which ended up having a dead cell - there were no excuses made - my battery was replaced immediately with no charge to me the customer - very impressed indeed - especially being a woman and dreading the idea of visiting a predominantly male domain - when it comes to cars, we (female population) almost expect to be taken for a ride or to be given some lame excuse, as anything motor-related is not usually our forte - I was treated with courtesy and will definately be recommending East London's Battery Centre in Cambridge street to friends and colleagues. Very impressed with the service and the commitment to quality.
