Pathetic customer service

I have been using UTI sun couriers for 2 years now and cant tell you the amount of money and customers my company has lost because of them forgetting to pick up packages but I used them for convenience as they were close to my business. Every time I would accept there apologies and the lady I delt with (angela from Empangeni branch) was super helpfull and always made a plan to help me the best she could.
Then business went quiet and we battled to pay our accounts for about 3 months but as soon as I had enough money to pay UTI I paid them. Business has now picked up nicely and UTI wont pick up stock for me because I paid my account late.
Maby I should have fired them as my service provider the first time I lost a R20000 contract due to them forgetting to pick up my material. I wouldnt recomend them to anyone.
