First Car Rental
They don't give proper details!

I need a car for a weekend, and called them over and over about the car. 1st they wouldn't accept the fact that I didn't have a licence but had the credit card, I understood and made other means in getting my boyfriend with the licence a credit card. I called to confirm everything and we were all set! As my bday is next week that's when I need the car. Well today I called again to confirm again, been 2 weeks now that everything is confirmed. And now another lady tells me No I can't get the car anymore coz they require 2years licence and my boyfriend only has his for a year and six months! The bad part is that everything is packed and ready for us to be leaving, and a week before I have to pick up the car they tell me this!! I'm so upset, and angry! They so not helpfull and really dissipointed me and a lot of people. I don't know what I am going to do now, coz I had just enough saved up for this.
