Finance Wizard
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

As i applied for a personnel loan on the 6th March 2013. Since that day i had to phone every day. No One ever phoned me or emailed me back. Only on the 18th of March after phoning 3-4 times with no answer. Finally just before 12 they picked up the phone only to hear that it has been declined. There is no customer service with Finance wizard. I would not recommend them at all to no one. They really need to get some customer service.
