[URL Removed] Breaches Contract

Girafrica Solutions is a Specialist Recruitment and Consulting company and his been in operation for over 10 years. We signed an agreement with [URL Removed] in October 2010 in order to use their database to source CV's.

Since the inception of our contract, we noted that the CV database was outdated. We were unable to find enough CV's in their database for our job openings and the available CV's were very old.

Furthermore, the responses received on advertisements we placed on the [URL Removed] portal were very little and of poor quality.

These issues were addressed with Olivia Bosman (no longer with Jobs) and Keri Wessels (no longer with Jobs). We had face to face meetings regarding the challenges experienced. Promises were made of new ad campaigns, radical management changes and dedicated support in order to help us get the maximum benefit.

We agreed that if we see no notable change, we would cancel our contract with [URL Removed] Since June 2012, after may promises, the problem worsened. Even after speaking with Gary Jardim (National Sales Manager), there was no improvement. We cancelled our agreement as [URL Removed] did not deliver an improved service as agreed.
