Training to become a bank telle

It was on may. When I saw the ads. On my email from one of the colleges around johannesburg. they were advertising post such as bank teller jobs, clerks and call centers. I apply as a bank teller they call me to come and train with them. I wrote a test and I passed it well. They promised to offer me a cerficate as a proof to showing that I can now be placed at any bank. Since then. Now its october. I haven't heard from them. I keep on phoning and sending sms to them. They only responded once saying they will call me for an interview with their boss. Till now I'm still waiting I'm also losing hope, atleast if they can refund my 1000. 00. Is ok.
