Hi everyone.
I have recently decided that I would like a career change.
A friend and I got talking about how uninterested most recruitment agencies were in general drawing reference to positions which one ticks absolutely every box and not getting a call or anything, so one only wonders if the "recruiters' even open some of these CV's which are forwarded to them-be that as it may.
He advised me to contact cousins, which was the only company that he found to remotely show genuine interest.
When I got the time I called cousins at Hurlingham office and requested to possibly meet with a recruitment consultant the woman who answered the phone was extremely abrupt an I simply introduced myself and requested to speak to a consultant, eventually I was told that I should call back at 4pm and then I could set up and appointment to meet someone, I was sceptical based on first contact, but I needed them and cousins came to me by a good referral.
So I called back 4pm and I'm put through to Ingrid. The convo was 20 sec's long, "what are you looking for? "Well sales is my forte, "go to pnet and jobmail' we advertise our positions there, apply on line.
not blaming Ingrid, the entire interaction VROT
