Lack of assistance

I have registered with CR Solutions a few years ago. I was asked to go in for extremely long assessments that I had to take time off from work to attend. These assessments were in no way suitable for someone like myself in a managerial position. Christelle was my allocated consultant. Thereafter when I saw applicable job ads, I would email Christelle and for years and to date she has never replied once, yet I have more than 16 years experience in that field!!! My emails and my applications were blatantly ignored!!! I then received a call from an African lady a few days ago, name unknown. She called me for a TEAM MANAGER position and yet again with my 16 years of experience, she was rude and obnoxious and told me that I don't have 'recent experience'!!! How is this possible, when I have NEVER stopped working in that field and I have 17 years of experience???!!! She obviously had my CV when she called me, so didn't she check properly before calling me, and giving me hope and then wasting my time and being rude as well???!!! CR SOLUTIONS is really the worst of all agencies that I have ever experience!!! I am not sure if people are just there or they pretend to work!!!
