Poor customer service!

I have applied for several jobs with this agency over the last few month's, all the vacancies applied for have been in the Hospitality industry. All vacancies were advertised on Gumtree. I have had responses from other advertisers, even if it is just an acknowledgement; why should this agency be any different in that I have never had a response from them? Their argument may well be that they get hundreds of applications for each advdert they place; but that is a poor argument when you consider that they are not giving their clients value for money! Who are they to decide who is acceptable - that should be up to their client to decide. They have now started inserting the wording :'if you have not heard from us within two weeks, please consider your application as un-successful" A case of too little, too late! Again their clients should decide. If they can't handle the workload, then get an assistant in to help!
