Food Poisoning

A fish and calamari combo with lemon cream sauce landed a 20 year old 100kg man in hospital on a drip with food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhoea started about 2 hours after the meal and lasted more than 12 hours. Managers of restaurant have assured me that it was either the cream being sour or the poor quality of water in the area which he did not drink. I disagree. No compensation of any kind was offered only an apology.
