Oily fatty Chicken - Disgusting

Today the entire office ordered from your Plumstead drive-thru the Chicken on opening was laced with oil. the bottem of the box was oily - the chicken was full of fat the meat tough and the skin a light brown and soggy - no crispy golden colour at all. Such a dissapointment as we dont often order from work. Majority couldnt finish the food and threw it away as it was inedible! Others started to feel nauseous! We wont be ordering again! I went onto your webiste to send a complaint email - but that wasnt working!
