BUY KFC - GET THE OIL FREE!

Yesterday I bought KFG at Jean Village, Centurion. 1 x Value (12 pieces) and when I received my order opened the holder to inspect my food because previously (more than once) I received chicken pieces with a lot of oil on the outside. AGAIN this chicken pieces were covered in excess oil and when I complained was totally ignored by the serving personnel.
I would like to know if this oily chicken is a standard. Maybe this is the NEW way of preparing KFC. A new and exciting oily, fatty and unhealthy productline for KFC.
Maybe it's just untrained, uninterested and "I don't care less" management. If KFC responds I would like comment on the above and what was done about it!
I have placed pic's on my Facebook page, unfortunately I can't place them here. Next is twitter and every platform I can find if there is no exceptable response from KFC.
