Debonairs should be ashamed of the way the treat customers, Saturday i went to the store @ around 12.20 pm and there was one person on the til and they sat there arguing when the other cashier came in and we were still in the line, to make matters worse i ordered my pizza they told me they don't have pineapple and they Will substitute with mushroom, i said okay, guess what they charged me for that mushroom so i had to be in a brawl of them giving me back my money . and the worst came when they gave me the pizza and i was flabbergasted.i ordered chicken and mushroom . it was soggy the basically i could say they was no sauce poured, i have eaten pizza before that was garbage and didnt have taste or meat and the dough i could still taste flour, to my amusement i actually passed through another store before going to the office, you should think that cold pizza will be very dry, it was still soggy, They better up their game cos bank city word of mouth spread very quickly and they have their rival doing the road, so they should actually give us directions to the rival with the attitude
