Presence of 'detergent' in food

During the Monday special of two burgers for the price of one, we received burgers with some sort of detergent taste and smell. Of the 4 burgers, 1 burger was inedible as the taste of detergent - JIK? - was so overwhelming that one could smell it quite strongly. The taste of this chemical was so intense that one could literally not stomach it. 1 other burger's lettuce also had traces of chemicals, but was milder than the previous one mentioned. This was definitely not a pleasant experience and we would think twice of going back there for the monday special
