Terrible quality "short" cups!!

I currently work for the airport and my colleagues and i are permanent customers at the OR Tambo branch mugg and bean. After today I decided I am officially sick and tired!! The "short" order cups and lids are of pathetic quality which means you lose at least half of your cup due to it leaking. You end up tossing it away because it isn't worth the mess it makes. i have a few work shirts that have been destroyed due to coffee stains and my employer doesn't find it in the least bit amusing! Please review this asap or you will lose quite a few regular customers!
