Paid for extra mozzarella but never got it

I bought a large chicken triple decker and asked for extra mozzarella. I paid for it but never got it. I was sitting with my friends in Springs but had to rush to Tshakane Mall to meet a client, that is when I decided to impress him by buying this Pizza. He gave me a slice and while in Springs I realised there was no Mozzarella, I called the manager who told me to always check. The call got cut off and when I called again he never returned to the phone, I waited until I decided to put the phone down. It started with Zanele the cashier, who was so horrible to me but I decided to overlook all her arrogance until I spoke to her manager who is not at all different from her.
