Poor service

Good day,
We were at KFC Mansfield last night, 10:00PM, to get some coffee. We stood in the drive-thru for half an hour, as there was a queue of cars. When we at last came to the front, 10:36PM, it seemed like there was only one guy in the whole KFC working. Kgomotso was the helper, it took him 15 minutes to relies that the coffee machine was cleaned and told us that we must go to the parking and he will bring the coffee. As we suspected there was a lot of staff hanging around the counter doing nothing, one was actually sleeping. Luckily the coffee did not take too long. I think it is ridicules to wait 45min for 3 coffees.
