Out of stock and terrible attitudes!!!

So basicly it was easter monday which we all know is a public holiday and therefore malls would be full and restuarants would be very buzy, but thats no excuse for not having stock of two of the things we wanted (ribs and chicken) yea sure u said it was a buzy weekend... news flash not my problem if we knew there was no stock of that we would never have gone there in the 1st place, we have to find that out when ordering... what bull is that??? and to top it off my inlaw so then take steak which came back raw, they take it back takes forever to bring another one again and not even a sorry or nothing just dumps the plate and off she go not even giving knife or fork... eventually she brings it and has a helluva attitude, this was our 1st time @ Mike's and will defenitly be our last ever coz such bad service... no thank you i'll rather go wait in the line for another restuarant!
