What is happening?

I am disappointed with McDonalds Carlswald. When it first opened it was one of best branches in Gauteng and frequented the branch at least one a week. Over the last two months, it seems to have lost the excellence it once had.
The first occurrence the coke had run out. We asked for milkshakes with the meals and would pay in the difference of the Milkshake, we were told that is not how it worked, we were charged the meal price plus the Milkshake price. We argued with the manager but eventually the 5 of us walked out without ordering.
Instance two, we went on a Saturday morning for ice creams but were told that the was not any ice cream mix, so we went elsewhere.
On the 20th of March, I arrived at 21:11 to order, but the doors were already locked. I then went to the drive thru. I asked what time the front doors close and was told should be 21:30 so was not sure why Sidi had locked. To add insult to my frustration, I ordered 2 Big Macs only to be told that there weren't any Big Mac rolls.
All I ask is that the Owner of the store does a quick recon on what is happening in his store as there are 3 stores in my proximity but prefer the Carlswald store and would like to continue to.
