Terrible service

On monday 01/04/2013 around 13h00 i went to chicken licken in bloed mall pretoria, the cashier lady was so rude didnt even greet customers, I was number 4 on the queue she didnt greet anyone of us just looked me in the eyes, i placed my order & collected without even hearing a word from her no thank u nothing... I was so disgusted with that lady I couldnt even eat the meal... where do you get such people to work for a fast food restaurant where the service is supposed to be fast & friendly... I am never going near that shop again I wouldnt want to ruin my day. The people dont even put the name tags on so we can identify them... I suggest you get mystery shoppers to go to your restaurants you will be shocked as to how your employees treat people.
