Unhygienic business practice

The cashiers who handles money from clients, also fills the chips packets. The problem is that they open the boxes on the inside with their hands without any gloves after handeling cash/cards. The chips always gets rested against the touch screens where the orders are placed, with the food touching the screens directly.

I have politely complaint verbally without making any other customers aware of my dissapointment in the past on at least three different occasionts, and at some times the chips have been replaced and I did receive an apology and a promise that it will be attended to. But last time it happened, I did make it clear that this is unacceptable.

Most people are not concerned about this practice, but money is extremely dirty and this is a health hazard. The service is always good at this branch, but I would appreciate a more healty environment.
