The CHIPS are inedible (ie: Rock Hard)

As a student, who eats most lunches on campus I must say I'm unimpressed with your Wits Branch.

I LOVE chip rolls, and think you guys actually have a really reasonable pricing for your chip rolls. HOWEVER, your chips are terrible. I bought some chips, by themselves, and put some sauce on. Once got back to my building, and dug into the chips I found they were all over cooked/hard and disgusting. This was during the holidays, so assumed it was maybe cause it was so quiet the chips had been standing for a while. However, I wanted chip roll today, and decided to give your store another chance. I won't be making that mistake again. There is something terrible wrong in your chip making process. Firstly there weren't enough chips, so they made some more. So I had a portion of half old and half fresh chips. Once again there were rock hard chips, and even your fresh chips weren't that good.

I seriously suggest you change your chip making process, as you will loose a large number of customers if you keep this up.

I personally will not be eating at your branch again, I'm a student, and can't afford to waste money on inedible food.
