Staff would rather let clients stand in the rain

On Monday 28 January 2013 at between 3 and 4 am we were on our way to Durban when we stopped at the McDonalds in Hendriena to go to the bathroom and to use the bathroom. It was raining. When we came to the door it was locked and we knocked and waved at the employees inside, but they looked at us and looked away... we were standing there for almost 5 minutes IN THE RAIN while they refused to help us. There was no sign or anything indicating that we can't go in but still they ignored us. Eventually we turned around and went to the Sasol garage where we were helped. So basically they would rather stand and talk then help paying clients.
