Incompetence drives me insane

I should think when you pay for something you expect good customer service as in essence its a trade off. Money for service or satisfaction, but when workers in that place dnt have a good work ethic and take things lightly and dont do their work and I end up as unhappy as I was its distressing. i am infuriated with the incompetence I received at nandos berea and the manager on duty luleka didnt seem to help> Screams!!!
