What you see is not what you get!!!

We visited the Wimpy Westgate today and my grandson ordered a HOTDOG. To my amazement he received a hotdog roll with a half a sausage. According to the lady Portia that served us it is the Wimpy's new cost cutting sausages. You received a dry full hotdog bread roll with a half a sausage for the full prize of a normal hotdog. I ask to see the manager as it is not acceptable in my eyes. A gentleman named Freddie arrived and according to him that is their new policy and I can either take it or leave it and he turned around and walked off. We sat like fools waiting for them to bring my grandson his hotdog. I once again called Portia and asked her what's going on, she explained to me that Freddie told her to leave us and NOT to bring us a hotdog. I asked her to call him as this is not customer service, he apparently did not want to come and sent Elliott to us. He explained the new policy again that they one buy half sausages as they use them as well for their breakfast menu. Needless to say we left without my grandson having his hotdog. I will not return to Wimpy soon.
