Sausage Saloon: NEVER Aagin!!!

Went this morning to the sausage Saloon in Centurion Mall I bought my wife and 2 sons each a normal manhattan just to fill the little hole whilst we were shopping. My wife were not happy with the bread as it definately was old. After the lady who served me had about a ten minute discussion with the Indian lady (owner/manager) she just took the sausage off and placed it back on another old cold bun. When my wife stood up to complain the Indian lady immediately attacked my wife verbally in-front of all the customers in the store. She also made false accusations as to say she apparently heard me say to my son "I don't think mommy would want one" where the truth was I told my son I don't think mommy would like a chilli cheese one. After telling my wife that she is prepared to lose a customer over R20 and that she refuses to refund she grabbed the hotdog and completely overcooked it in a microwave. needless to say, I threw it in her bin and walked out of the store. I do not want a voucher as i will never ever again support any of the sausage saloon franchise's. How can a person like that value R20 so much more than a client's satisfaction
