Handled a petty complaint with absolute decorum

I had lunch at Ocean Basket in Cape Gate today. The couple at the table next to me complained to the waiter and then to the manager about the potato wedges that were "charred". There was one tiny piece that was a little over-done!

The manager handled this ridiculous complaint absolutely fantastically. His professionalism was wonderful. And it shows in his staff, they are always friendly and polite and will do their best to please the customers. My waiter Confidence and the blond trainee and the waiter with the scruffy hairstyle, each of them served their customers extremely well and their customers were visibly happy!
