This Branch never answers the phone

Our company orders food for all the employees every Tuesday & Thursday. On average we've got about 20 people in our office, which means that if we do place an order it would be quite a large order - However... placing an order over the phone is impossible, as the Fourways Branch (Which would be the closest to our office) never answers their phone.
I have tried on numerous occasions but it seems like the phone gets taken off the hook. If this is due to a high volume of callers/customers you should maybe consider employing more staff so that you can keep up.
Because we now get the feeling that you guys don't value our business, so we will take it elsewhere.
...Disappointed!
