ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL - BE VERY ASHAMED MPHO!!!

When trying to cancel an order that hadn't even been placed 50 min after it was made, Mpho (Is she on drugs or something?) - developed the most disgusting attitude I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. She is not only a disgrace to your team but to anybody who has the misfortune of knowing her. I was accused of swearing at and threatening her while being screamed at. Absolute rubbish, she wouldn't have been able to hear me anyway because she just wouldn't let me speak, she just shouted me down every single time I tried... She put the phone down on me 6 times! I had to call 13 times to find out about my refund!!! I placed my order with Kgomotso, what a pleasure, ask her how our conversation went and compare her experience with me with the I went through with Mpho...
