From staff costing company loss of money

I was at chicken licken on 10th march at 5:30pm and requested for hot wings 24 and I was told first no we don't have stock .then I was like how can U not have stock of your best seller then she tells me no we are closed so I asked her wat time do you close she says at 5:30pm which I know is not TRUE because the doors were open usually they close the doors halfway the person who told me all this is Sakhile I am very disapointed in thier service and only wonder if the owners know how thier staff is lying to customers and loosing lots of money doing this if was alot of customers who was requesting for hot wings and we all were disapointed and went and spent our money another shop. I'm sad to say I will not shop there any more. And I am a person who loves hot wings but and bad service I cannot stand.hope something can be done hope owner of that franchise gets this message
