75yo Woman falls at wimpy East London

I am disgusted and apauled with the attitude and management at Vincent Park Centre Wimpy, yeasterday 9th March 2013 my mother, a 75yo woman was on her own at the Wimpy and there was some renovation going on but there was clearly no signs up to warn customers

After having coffee, my mother was on her way out when she fell due to an obstruction of the renovations taking place, she took a very bad fall, whould you believe that the manager nor the staff pitched in to help her? they stood around at first watching paying customers help her up, they asked for some ice and again would you believe the staff said we dont have ice, i am very upset about this

all the manager did was offer her a credit, he was not concerned about how she was, was she ok, was there someone to help her home, nothing, he did not even ask her name.

has cuts and bruising externally, has a very bad lump on her head due to the fall and is going to the Dr tomorrow for a full medical examination

The managers lack of interest is not acceptable, i call out to all customers who were there to come forward and help us get some sort of appology from wimpy.
