Bad service and making look like a stupid

Hello, i went to mc donalds sunnyside on saturday night around 9:15 to buy food, i asked the guy on the counter if they have working wi fo then he called his supervisor to explain to me the lady called maget came and explain that i must use always on the i went to get a table when i try to connect it tells me that theres no network so i went back to tell them that is not connecting then they told me that the device am using it has a problem so i switched off the wi fi and use my cellular which is a sim card and it works, then the lady called patricia started arguing with me that my 8ta doesn't work, so i had to explain to her how wi fi it works, then she said theres nothing she can do about it so. I asked for mc donalds details and she gave me, when i ask her, her name and magret she didn't want to tell me so i had to look on her name tag, the point of the matter is am not happy with the way youre managers handled my case and the shoutng part, please get people who have a knowledge with IT, cause you will loose us, the competition is big out there, i never had this problem at mc donalds alberton and arcadia.
