I went to KFC Central city Mabopane at my luch break to buy food, i waited for a good 15 min on the queue, had no problem with that, when i got to the counter, they rang my order as i was about to pay i was informed that their speedpoint is not working and i asked politly that they place my order on the side as Center staff can call and make an order they will do it and you pay when you get there, Anna refused on top of non communication of their speedpoint, i went to the ATM and had to queue again, wasted my lunch at KFC MABOPENE CENTRAL CITY today, No signs to inform clients that theot speedpoint is not working, im ver disguised with the service, I called the Manager and Anna and She gave a lame excuse, get your act together ANNNA and Team.
