Bad service

Went to Mc Donald in greenstone/stoneridge and the service was horrible. i ordered a Happy meal and a foldover via drive thru, when we received our order the toy the provided was the same as one he hss already that he received at a Mc Donalds in Kempton park. I asked the lady to exchange for me, she refused and told me they have one toy/colour a week, i queried if they dont have the same rules as the other Mc Donalds she said no they have they own rules, on top of everything she neglected to give us the colddrink that was paid for.
