MANAGEMENT ALLOWS WAITRESS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS BAD

We arrived at Yellowstone Creek Spur& were greeted by Primrose Mguni who asked whether we wanted a table for two. She started walking in front of us into the left section of the restaurant but we wanted to sit on the opposite side in the smoking area. Primrose responded with a nasty attitude saying "Laba baya dina... Baya kuphi ngoba kuqwele ngale" Direct translation means: " These one's are annoying... where the are they going because theres not space that side! Her response was insulting to us but we still kept quiet and waited for her to finish saying what she was saying and sit us where we wanted to sit. However, Primrose came to us with more attitude and said "cant u guys see that this side is full, where are you going to sit?! On observation we saw 1 empty table in that section. Her manager witnessed everything but did not reprimand her @ all & refused to give us her name to report to customner care. An inspiring manager followed us to our car &tried to apologise on behalf of the waitress &manager for not reprimanding her.we requested that they apologise themselves but that didnt happen. We reported thematter to customer care but have stil not received any feedback.
