Why not close KFC Bothasig

I went to KFC Bothasig yesterday, really disapointed in this branch. Why are they still open, everytime we go there, there's a problem. They advertise the new toys for the kids, my daughter choose what she wants, going to the cashier to ask her for the toy, she tells my daughter theirs no toys, they waiting on it. WHAT!!! This is rediculous, my dauhgter came to me crying, saying everytime they don't have toys, she said she never want to go there again. Then we ask for a milkshake, the cashier tells us the machine is broken, Why still open, i'm disgusted in this place, This branch is close to our house, its actually sad, now we have to drive far to other branch.
