Called us stupid coz we wanted to share a plate

Had visitors that i took to Monte in the late evening at about 9pm. After a tour of Monte, we decided to have drinks. Ordered cocktels n thot of having a plate of prawns to share since we had dinner already. To our shock just to b told that all of us had to order a meal. We tried to reason with the manager just told that we r stupid coz we cant go to a restaurant for drinks. The restaurants are for eating and not a bar.By the way their rule is every1 occupying a chair there needs to ordepgp a main meal others u pay R100 for the chair! This is regardless of how much u spend their on other things lyk drinks. How stupid is that! Am very disappointed especially that it happened when i was with visitors from overseas. It is apartheid mentality n customers should be respected regardless of the race!
