I went to Nandos Alberton mall yesterday and I waited for my order for 30 minutes. I demanded to speak to the manager who simply apologised and told me about being under staffed. I have encountered bad service before but I decided to give them a benefit of a doubt. It is unacceptable to wait for your order for such a long time. They must get more staff, its not an excuse I wanted to hear when we have a high rate of unemployment in this country.
