Wrong sauce

I'm laying a complaint on behalf of my sister. She placed a 1/4 chicken, rolls, lemon&herb order at Sandton City as takeaway at 14pm today. Upon eating the food, it was not lemon&herb. That is extremely bad service as a customer orders a specific flavour for a reason. Nando's need to do they job and ensure that the right customer gets the right order, importantly the takeaways.
