Because I'm Black???

I would like to place a formal complaint that requires a written apology from the person involved and the manager herself. I went to CTFM last night to fill my craving for seafood with a friend of mine who was to have sushi for the first time. We got there and the sushi maker, an African girl by the name of Carol, who kept staring at my friend because he used his hands on the sushi (its his choice at the end of the day), it got to a point where my friend got very uncomfortable and wanted to leave as the woman was staring at him. I poked my friend and advised that the lady looked like she had something to say, the response and tone I got from her African accent was rude and blatantly ignorant, " If i had something to say to him, i would say it" so my response was that she had been looking at him for a while and it was uncomfortable and her next utter were "Shame on you". it got to me because I was not a white person i deserved such treatment from CTFM, i called on the lady who was said to be the manager, also another African lady and I advised her of the story, all she said was " I will deal with it
