Ocean Basket
Evening spoilt

I decided to take my girlfriend and cousin out for supper to the ushaka branch. Upon arival we were given a waitor who did not introduce himself hence the reason I do not know his name. Service throughout the night was average and I sensed a tone of arrogance from the waitor which did not impress me at all. I requested beter lighting on our table and he did not make an atempt to make us comfortable.we requested our bil after our delicious meal and settled it including a tip. Given the fact that the service was poor I tipped him. As we exited the restaurant our waitor stops me and asks me " was my service not good enough" with a disgusted look on his face! I felt highly embarassed as I left the place as I had felt the tip I had given him was a polite gesture. My question to ocean basket management is this how you train your staff to humilate customers and ruin their evenings? I certainly will never return there again as I was highly embarassed infront of the company I was in! this is dissapointing!
