Fly baked in the pizza

Ordered pizza from scooters and found fly a baked in one slice. Phoned to complain to them and asked to refund the money, he offered to do that or replace us with another but we refused because we were upset and it was too late. The manager Darren was supposed to refund us with the money but did not and we had to phone back the next day. Eventually he sent a driver to give us the money and we gave him the slice with the fly but the way he handled the situation was bad and he did not feel that it was a serious matter.
