OUTDATED WEBSITE INFORMATION

Every time I order online, i have to pay in an extra fee for delivery. On the website there is a specific shipping and handling of R20, but i ALWAYS have to pay in an R6 extra for delivery. I have complaint several times about this but apparently the IT dept have not "updated" the information on the website yet. To make things worse they told me if i dont pay the R6 I WILL NOT get my food delivered. What's frustrating about the whole thing is, everything, icluding the price increases have been updated except for the delivery. Is KFC UITENHAGE deliberatly trying to chase their customers away??
