Wrong order and empty burgers

14 Feb 2013 placed an telephonic order for Starter livers and Burger special.
Starter Liver
We was disappointed to see that the starter livers was not fully done, only 3 pieces of liver and the order was for mild but they gave hot couldn't even eat the food and what am I going to do with 3 pieces of liver! This is about the 10th time I complained to the Manager Ben about this but I see nothing is done.
Burger Special
Wow that was bad the burger was dry no sauce, no lettuce just a small piece of chicken breast and a slice of tomatoes that's all. We were so hungry and disappointed as we work upstairs the mall and COMPLAINED to the manager numerous time but they always mess up our orders and we are forced to eat the scrap food cos we are too hungry to return and wait 30 mins to get a reorder which is always wrong.
Why must we pay so much for the food and get to eat.
We are so upset.
