Disgusting service

Arrived at around 5, ordered drinks, hubbly and food, drinks arrived, about 40 min later upon seeing our waitress leaving the restaurant we enquired, we were told that our waitress had "knocked off" and then requested to re take our order. we asked for the manger who simply showed no care that we had been waiting, all he asked was what our order was, very rudely actually, and when asked for the owners details, repeated 'i am sorry"'s were received, will never ever step foot in such an unprofessional establishment again
