Hungry lion
Rude staff member

I was at Hungry Lion on Bellville Voortrekker Road. I ordered the 6 chicken fingers. When I opened them, they were so thin, even smaller than my finger. The lady who gave me the order was very rude when I told her I didn't want it and couldn't pay for such small pieces. She shouted at me in front of the manager. The manager did not say anything to try and stop her, which left me disappointed to find out that she was the manager. I have a right to return an item if I am not happy with it, without being shouted at as if I am doing something wrong. Immediately after I left the store, I called the number 021 493 2600 and spoke with Ntombekhaya Billie, who promised that I would receive a call. However, until today, no one has contacted me.
