Totally unhappy and unsatisfied customer

I am not satisfied. I purchased meals from your Shallcross store, and the service was pathetic. The food was also pathetic; it seems like they are serving us days-old food. The chicken wings are hard and not fully coated. The chips are hard and underdone. When you speak to the staff, they roll their eyes at you and have a lot of attitude.

This place is situated in an Indian community, and the majority of customers are Indians. We are totally unhappy. I noticed a few other customers who came in with issues regarding their meals. Unfortunately, if this is not sorted out, we won't be supporting this store. Your staff, and also the manager, need to be disciplined.

This is not the first time I have had this problem. Family and friends have also had this problem and have stopped purchasing from this store. Your store has no surveillance, and all the time there are staff members eating. I am very unhappy with this store. The staff are completely racist, and we won't tolerate that.
