Dros... Die Slow

When visiting Pretoria myself and one of my good mates have a "tradition" to pass by the Dros on Atterbury due to the quality good food and good service we always receive.

When visiting on the weekend we received such bad service that we decided we will not even considering going there ever again.
First of all the service was poor. Our waiter got the order wrong, bringing me the managers breakfast instead of my food and even getting a simple thing like the choice of sauce on my mates schnitzel wrong. When we inquired about the duration of our food to be served she said that it will take 25min. and then shortly thereafter she said the food is out and asked if she can bring it to the table or are we willing to wait some more seeing that she said it will be 25min.(for reasons only known to her).

After the whole incident she messed up the bill and that took another 15min. to sort out.

The only good thing i can take out of this is the way in which the manager handled the situation. If it wasn't for him and his orderly fashion in which he handled the whole incident i would have even refused to pay for such poor service.
